BeWell@USAA Operation Activation CoSA Team Challenge

RULES

SPONSOR:  Well Dot Inc., 1254 Chestnut St, Suite 304. Newton, MA 02464. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is open to (i) United Services Automobile Association (USAA) employees who are (ii) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period (collectively, “Eligible Users”).

OFFER PERIOD:  The “Operation Activation CoSA Team Challenge” Offer (the “Offer”) is available beginning 8:00 am ET April 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on May 15, 2025.

OFFER REDEMPTION:  Sponsor will award 1,000 points to every registered user of the winning team as set forth below: 

TO PARTICIPATE: Each Eligible User will compete as a team member according to a team based on their CoSA. The team with the highest BeWell@USAA enrollment rate (number of enrolled employees per team divided by number of employees per team) across all eligible team members at the end of the Offer Period will win. If multiple teams tie with the same activation rate, one (1) winning team from those teams that are tied will be randomly selected to receive prizes.

RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By participating in the Offer, participants agree to accept and abide by these Rules and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct or administration of this Offer or the interpretation of these Rules shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.  By participating in this Offer, participants further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, individuals, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Offer, administration of the Offer, or errors relating to the announcement of eligibility or qualification for the Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Offer as contemplated by these Rules.
