Tori Ostlund is a proven Technology Operations and Delivery leader in the healthcare industry. She brings to Well 15 years of diverse experience spanning large claim system migrations, applications management, multichannel contact solutions, security & compliance, and the strategic road mapping of transformational technology.  Tori is passionately committed to the Well member experience, leading our team to execute best-in-class delivery and enterprise technology operations.

Fortune 20 payers and large-scale provider systems have relied on Tori’s expertise as a consultant and in-house leader. Most recently, Tori was the Head of Client Success & Delivery at Verata Health, leading the early stage growth and success of an innovative artificial intelligence driven prior authorization platform.

Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Iowa State’s Ivy School of Business. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has maintained her PMP since 2011.
