Marion Couch

CEO of IntoValue Inc

Marion brings a unique perspective with her extensive leadership experience in many different health care sectors. She is currently the CEO of IntoValue Inc, a technology-enabled company that promotes direct to employer arrangements by directly linking employers (the purchasers of health care) with health care providers.

Marion also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Guidehealth, a value-based care enablement company. Previously she was the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Services and the Chief Medical Officer at Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, responsible for strategic leadership of pharmacy, network management, medical policy and coverage, care management and utilization management. Prior to this, Marion served as the Senior Medical Advisor in the Office of Administrator at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In this cross-cutting role in this federal agency, she worked on policy creation, quality, value based care transformation, the vast expansion of virtual care, as well as developing payment models.

She is an experienced physician leader who has previously served as the Chair of a large medical group board and as a physician executive in two academic medical groups. She has been Chair of two surgical departments and the President of two professional societies. Marion is also an Adjunct Professor at the Duke University School of Medicine.
