Manish Dayal is a seasoned digital engagement strategist and consulting executive with a 15-year career spanning Healthcare, Sports, Entertainment, SaaS, Retail, and Nonprofits. Manish is passionate about building teams and partnering with clients to design and launch new digital solutions that engage users and improve their lives.

In his career before Well, Manish served as Managing Director at Omnigon, where he opened and led Omnigon Los Angeles, collaborating with global sports and entertainment brands to build award-winning digital products. Following the acquisition of Omnigon, he joined Brooks Bell, where he consulted Fortune 500 companies on how to foster a culture of experimentation and elevate their digital experimentation programs. Manish’s career began at Blackbaud, where he played a key role in transitioning the professional services team to a Customer Success-centric SaaS model.

Manish holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina and is the recipient of the Roger Soles Carolina Scholars Award.
