“Step into spring” Challenge

Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Void where prohibited.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  

SPONSOR:  Well Dot Inc., 1254 Chestnut St, Suite 304, Newton, MA 02464.

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i)  eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period,  (ii) a registered member of Well, and (iii) United Services Automobile Association (USAA) employees, or (iv) the spouse or domestic partner of such employees, provided that the spouse or domestic partner is also enrolled in the USAA Medical Program (collectively, “Eligible Users”).

OFFER PERIOD:  The “Step into spring” Offer (the “Offer”) is available beginning 8:00 a.m. ET March 20, 2025 through 11:59 p.m. ET April 16, 2025.

OFFER REDEMPTION: Sponsor will award 250 bonus points to each Eligible User who meets the Participation Requirements.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: An Eligible User must complete 100,000 steps and record the steps as MyHealth entries on the Well mobile or web application, either manually or through a connected device. If an Eligible User is physically or otherwise medically unable to take steps, the Eligible User may chat with a Well Guide who will provide an alternate method of completion through the establishment of a health goal around activity. This will require setting a goal with a Well Guide and completing at least one related follow up Well Guide chat during the Offer Period.

Please allow two days after challenge completion for the challenge to be marked complete and for points to  be credited to registered to the appropriate Eligible User.  Points redeemable in the Well platform under Rewards > Redeem. No substitutions or cash-outs unless determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By participating in the Offer, participants agree to accept and abide by these Rules and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct or administration of this Offer or the interpretation of these Rules shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.  By participating in this Offer, participants further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Offer, administration of the Offer, or errors relating to the announcement of eligibility or qualification for the Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions.
