OFFICIAL RULES  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

WELL APP:  The “Well App” refers to the proprietary software application(s) owned by Sponsor either as mobile applications or on a software-as-a-service basis.  The Well App is available for free to download from the App Store (iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (Android devices).

OFFER PERIOD:  The Stay active, stay well challenge (the “Offer”) is available on a weekly basis between February 2, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and March 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Offer Period”). 

Week 1 of the challenge runs from February 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (Week 1 Challenge Period).

Week 2 of the challenge runs from February 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (Week 2 Challenge Period).

Week 3 of the challenge runs from February 16, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (Week 3 Challenge Period).

Week 4 of the challenge runs from February 23, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (Week 4 Challenge Period).

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period; (ii) a registered member of the Well application; and (iii) Well members who see this challenge displayed in Rewards > Earn on the mobile app or Challenges on the web (“Eligible Member(s)”).

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: To participate, Eligible Members must track at least 150 minutes of activity through MyHealth during a given week’s Challenge Period. Activity may be tracked manually or through a synced wearable which can be connected via apps and devices (the “Participation Requirements”). If an Eligible Member is physically or otherwise medically unable to meet the Participation Requirements, the Eligible Member may chat with a Well Guide who will provide an alternate method of completion through the establishment of a health goal. This will require setting a goal with a Well Guide and completing at least one related follow up Well Guide chat during the Offer Period. Points may be awarded for each week a goal is discussed with a Well Guide during the Offer Period. 

PRIZE(S):  Sponsor will award 125 points to Eligible Members who have completed the Participation Requirements for any given Challenge Period as outlined above.  Please allow 72 hours after completion of all required actions for points to be credited to registered Well member accounts.  The total points of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination.  The determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.  Only one prize per person will be awarded during each Challenge Period. The maximum number of points for the series of Stay active, stay well challenges is 500 points. 

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of participants.  Points redeemable in the Rewards section under the Redeem tab within the Well App or applied toward an employer sponsored program. Redemption of points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Well Marketplace.  Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of the same ARV if advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.  All costs and expenses not specified herein relating to the prizes are the sole responsibility of participants.

PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES:  By entering, participant agrees that s/he has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Offer, rule interpretation, or the awarding of prizes shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. Additionally, it is expressly understood that utilization of the Well App requires ongoing acceptance of the associated terms and conditions. For more information, please review this page. By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

CHANGES TO OFFICIAL RULES.:  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper administration of this Offer as contemplated by these Official Rules.
