“USAA Optimism Well Guide Chat” Challenge

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SPONSOR:  Well Dot Inc., 1254 Chestnut St, Suite 304. Newton, MA 02464.

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i)  eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period,  (ii) a registered member of Well, and (iii) United Services Automobile Association (USAA) employees, or (iv) the spouse or domestic partner of such employees, provided that the spouse or domestic partner is also enrolled in the USAA Medical Program (collectively, “Eligible Users”).

OFFER PERIOD:  The “USAA Optimism Well Guide Chat Challenge” Offer (the “Offer”) is available beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET November 7, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET December 31, 2024.

OFFER REDEMPTION: Sponsor will award 135  bonus points to each Eligible User who meets the Participation Requirements.

TO PARTICIPATE (“Participation Requirements”): Chat the word “Optimism” to a Well Guide during the Offer Period. A Well Guide will award you 10 points when you chat in. Please allow up to 2 business days after completion of the Well Guide chat for the challenge to show as completed and the 125 points to be awarded. Points redeemable in the web app in the Well Marketplace or in the mobile app in Rewards > Redeem. No substitutions or cash-outs unless determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By participating in the Offer, participants agree to accept and abide by these Terms & Conditions and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct or administration of this Offer or the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.  By participating in this Offer, participants further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Offer, administration of the Offer, or errors relating to the announcement of eligibility or qualification for the Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions.
