Steps with the squad

OFFICIAL RULES  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

WELL APP:  The “Well App” refers to the proprietary software application(s) owned by Sponsor either as mobile applications or on a software-as-a-service basis.  The Well App is available for free to download from the App Store (iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (Android devices).

REGISTRATION AND OFFER PERIOD:  Registration for the Steps with the squad (the “Offer”) opens January 19, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes on February 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Registration Period”). The Steps with the squad Offer begins on January 26, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET and ends on February 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Offer Period”).  Eligible Person(s) (as defined below) must register for the challenge within the Registration Period in order to participate in the Offer.

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period; (ii) an Octapharma Plasma employee; (iii) registered member of the Well application; and (iv) Well members who see this challenge displayed in Rewards > Earn on the mobile app or Challenges on the web (“Eligible Person(s)”).

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: To participate, Eligible Persons must log steps in MyHealth in the mobile or web Well App, manually or through a connected wearable, during the Offer Period. Each team may have a max of eight (8) individuals. There is a cap of 30,000 steps per day that can count towards an individual’s daily step count for the challenge. OFFER REDEMPTION, PRIZE(S) AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):  Sponsor will award 2,000 points to each person on the top three (3) winning teams.  Please allow 72 hours after the Offer Period ends for points to be credited to registered Well user accounts.  Approximate Retail Value of 2,000 points:  $20.00. Points redeemable in the Rewards section under the redeem tab within the Well App. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination.  The determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.  Only one prize per person will be awarded.  

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of participants.  Redemption of points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Well Marketplace.  Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of the same ARV if advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.  All costs and expenses not specified herein relating to the prizes are the sole responsibility of participants.

PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES:  By entering, participant agrees that s/he has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Offer, rule interpretation, or the awarding of prizes shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. Additionally, it is expressly understood that utilization of the Well App requires ongoing acceptance of the associated terms and conditions. For more information, please review this page. By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

CHANGES TO OFFICIAL RULES.:  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper administration of this Offer as contemplated by these Official Rules.
