“Motivation Boost” Chat Challenge

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Void where prohibited.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  

SPONSOR:  Well Dot Inc., 1254 Chestnut St, Suite 304. Newton, MA 02464.

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period; and (ii) a registered member of the Well application, and (iii) who receive emails including the words, “Motivation Boost”.

OFFER PERIOD:  The “Motivation boost” Offer (the “Offer”) is available beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET Monday, May 12, 2025 through Friday, June 27, 2025 11:59 p.m. ET.

OFFER REDEMPTION: Sponsor will award 100 bonus points during the Offer Period to each Eligible User who completes a Motivation Boost chat containing the “code word”. Maximum 300 bonus points can be awarded.

TO PARTICIPATE: Chat the prompt word or phrase specified in the emails with the following subject lines within 7 days of receiving each email: “🚀 Your motivation boost is waiting: Fresh tips and up to 300 points”; “⏰ It’s time for a new tip, First Name”;  “🎉 Unlock: 100 points + earn a chance at $50 in rewards.” Please allow 72 hours after Offer Period for points to be credited to eligible registered Well members. No substitutions or cash-outs unless determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By participating in the Offer, participants agree to accept and abide by these Terms & Conditions and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct or administration of this Offer or the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.  By participating in this Offer, participants further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Offer, administration of the Offer, or errors relating to the announcement of eligibility or qualification for the Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions.

REQUISITOS PARA PARTICIPAR: La oferta está disponible para usuarios que (i) tengan dieciocho (18) años o más al inicio del Período de la Oferta, (ii) sean miembros registrados de la app de Well y (iii) reciban correos electrónicos que incluyan las palabras “Impulso a la motivación”.

PERÍODO DE LA OFERTA: La Oferta “Impulso a la motivación” (la “Oferta”) estará disponible a partir de las 9:00 a.m. ET del lunes 12 de mayo de 2025 hasta las 11:59 p.m. ET del viernes 27 de junio de 2025.

CANJE DE LA OFERTA: El Patrocinador concederá 100 puntos de bonificación durante el Período de la Oferta a cada Usuario Elegible que complete un chat de “Impulso a la motivación” que contenga la “palabra clave”. Se puede conceder un máximo de 300 puntos de bonificación.

CÓMO PARTICIPAR: Escribe en el chat la palabra o la frase indicada en los correos electrónicos con los siguientes títulos en un plazo de 7 días tras recibir cada correo electrónico: “🚀 Tu impulso a la motivación te está esperando: Nuevos consejos y hasta 300 puntos”; “⏰ Es hora de un nuevo consejo, [Nombre]”; “🎉 Desbloquea: 100 puntos y la oportunidad de ganar $50 en recompensas”. Transcurridas 72 horas desde la finalización del Período de la Oferta, se abonarán los puntos a los usuarios de Well registrados que sean elegibles. No se sustituirán los puntos ni se canjearán por efectivo, a menos que lo determine el Patrocinador a su entera discreción. 

EXENCIÓN/LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Al participar en la Oferta, los participantes acuerdan aceptar y cumplir estos Términos y condiciones. Además, acuerdan que cualquier disputa relativa a cómo se lleve a cabo o se gestione esta Oferta o a la interpretación de estos Términos y condiciones se trasladará al Patrocinador, cuya decisión será vinculante y definitiva. Asimismo, al participar en esta Oferta, los participantes acuerdan eximir de responsabilidad al Patrocinador, así como a sus agentes y minoristas, afiliados, representantes de ventas, distribuidores y agencias promocionales u otras agencias proveedoras, sus respectivas sociedades matrices, afiliadas, filiales, agencias de servicio, contratistas independientes, y los directivos, administradores, empleados, agentes y representantes de cualquiera de las organizaciones anteriores (en conjunto, las “Partes eximidas”) de cualquier lesión, pérdida o daño a la persona, incluido el fallecimiento, o propiedad debido, en total o parcialmente, directa o indirectamente a la participación en esta Oferta o en cualquier actividad relacionada con la misma.

El Patrocinador no es responsable de ningún error tipográfico o de otro tipo en los impresos de la Oferta, la administración de la Oferta o errores relativos al anuncio de los requisitos de idoneidad o participación en la Oferta. A su entera y absoluta discreción, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a modificar, cancelar o suspender esta Oferta, o a modificar los Términos y condiciones en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso, en caso de que cualquier factor afecte la administración, la seguridad o el desarrollo adecuado de esta Oferta, según se indica en estos Términos y condiciones.
