OFFICIAL RULES  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

WELL APP:  The “Well App” refers to the proprietary software application(s) owned by Sponsor either as mobile applications or on a software-as-a-service basis.  The Well App is available for free to download from the App Store (iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (Android devices).

OFFER PERIOD:  The Healthy habit harvester challenge (the “Offer”) is available beginning on November 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Offer Period”).  

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period; (ii) a registered member of the Well application; and (iii) Well members who see this challenge displayed in Rewards > Earn on the mobile app or Challenges on the web.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: To participate, eligible persons must log in to the Well App and complete at least 10 unique Journey actions during the Offer Period. Eligible actions include Journey actions (any action available on the Journeys tab in the app) (the “Participation Requirements”).

OFFER REDEMPTION AND PRIZE(S):  Sponsor will award 250 points to each person who has completed the Participation Requirements outlined above.  Please allow 72 hours after completion of all required actions for points to be credited to registered Well user accounts. PPoints redeemable in the Rewards section under the Redeem tab within the Well App or applied toward an employer sponsored program. No substitutions or cash-outs unless determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination.  The determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.  Only one prize per person will be awarded.  

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of participants.  Redemption of points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Well Marketplace.  Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of the same ARV if advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.  All costs and expenses not specified herein relating to the prizes are the sole responsibility of participants.

PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES:  By entering, participant agrees that s/he has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Offer, rule interpretation, or the awarding of prizes shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. Additionally, it is expressly understood that utilization of the Well App requires ongoing acceptance of the associated terms and conditions. For more information, please review this page. By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

CHANGES TO OFFICIAL RULES.:  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper administration of this Offer as contemplated by these Official Rules.

APP DE WELL: La “App de Well” se refiere a la aplicación o las aplicaciones de software exclusivas y propiedad del Patrocinador, bien sean aplicaciones móviles o bien sean como software a modo de servicio. La App de Well se puede descargar gratis desde la App Store de Apple (dispositivos iOS) o la Play Store de Google (dispositivos Android).

PERÍODO DE LA OFERTA: El reto “Cosechador(a) de hábitos saludables” (la “Oferta”) comienza el 3 de noviembre de 2025 a las 8:00 a.m. Hora del Este (ET) y finaliza el 30 de noviembre de 2025 a las 11:59 p.m. ET (el “Período de la oferta”). 

ELEGIBILIDAD: La oferta está disponible para personas que (i) tengan dieciocho (18) años de edad o más al comienzo del Período de la oferta; (ii) sean miembros registrados de la app de Well; y (iii) sean miembros de Well que vean este reto en Recompensas > Gana en la aplicación móvil o en Retos en la web.

REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN: Para participar, las personas elegibles deben iniciar sesión en la app de Well y completar al menos 10 acciones únicas de Recorrido durante el Período de la oferta. Las acciones elegibles incluyen acciones de Recorrido (cualquier acción disponible en la pestaña Recorridos en la app) (los “Requisitos de participación”).

CANJE DE LA OFERTA Y PREMIO(S): El Patrocinador otorgará 250 puntos a cada persona que complete los Requisitos de participación descritos anteriormente. Espera 72 horas después de completar todas las acciones requeridas para que los puntos se acrediten a tu cuenta de usuario Well registrada. Los puntos se pueden canjear en la sección Recompensas de la pestaña canjear de la app de Well. No se sustituirán los puntos ni se canjearán por efectivo, a menos que lo determine el Patrocinador a su entera discreción. El valor minorista aproximado del premio representa la determinación de buena fe del Patrocinador. Esta determinación es definitiva y vinculante, y no se puede apelar. Solo se concederá un premio por persona. 

Todos los impuestos federales, estatales y locales sobre los premios son responsabilidad exclusiva de los participantes. El canje de puntos está sujeto a los términos y las condiciones del Mercado de Well. Los premios son intransferibles, y no se permite ninguna sustitución ni equivalente de efectivo, salvo a la entera discreción del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a sustituir los premios por otros del mismo valor minorista aproximado si los premios anunciados no estuvieran disponibles por cualquier motivo. Todos los costos y gastos no especificados en el presente documento relacionados con los premios son responsabilidad exclusiva de los participantes.

ACUERDO DEL PARTICIPANTE DE ACATAR LAS NORMAS OFICIALES: Al inscribirse, el participante acepta que ha leído y aceptado estas Reglas oficiales y que las cumplirá y quedará vinculado por ellas, y acepta que cualquier disputa relacionada con el desarrollo de esta Oferta, la interpretación de las reglas o la concesión de los premios se someterá al Patrocinador, cuya decisión será vinculante y definitiva. Al participar en esta Oferta, el participante acepta liberar y eximir de toda responsabilidad al Patrocinador y a sus filiales, distribuidores y agencias promocionales y otros vendedores, a sus respectivas compañías matrices, filiales, subsidiarias, agencias de servicios, contratistas independientes, y a los directivos, directores, empleados, agentes y representantes de cualquiera de las organizaciones anteriores (colectivamente, las “Partes eximidas”) de cualquier lesión, pérdida o daño a personas, incluida la muerte, o a la propiedad debido total o parcialmente, directa o indirectamente, a la participación en esta Oferta o a la participación en cualquier actividad relacionada con la Oferta.

CAMBIOS EN LAS NORMAS OFICIALES.: El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera y absoluta discreción, de modificar, cancelar o suspender esta Oferta, o de enmendar las Reglas oficiales en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso individual, en caso de que cualquier factor interfiera en la administración, la seguridad o la correcta gestión de esta Oferta, tal y como se contempla en estas Reglas oficiales.
