BeWell@USAA is your all-in-one health and wellness platform, and the way to earn your annual premium discount, or cash equivalent if not enrolled in the USAA Medical Care program.
With BeWell@USAA you’ll engage in targeted health activities to complete challenges and earn Charlie, Bravo, and Alpha Levels. And the rewards don’t stop there—for every healthy action you take you’ll earn points, redeemable for gift cards to your favorite brands!

What will the BeWell@USAA program provide?
BeWell@USAA will provide participants:
- Medical premium discount, or cash equivalent if not enrolled in the USAA Medical Care program.
- Gift card rewards.
- Concierge support for benefit and health topics from Well Guides.
- Personalized health journey content.
- Suggested health actions and reminders.
- Activity, sleep, and blood pressure tracking.

Who can participate in BeWell@USAA?
All full-time and part-time USAA employees, even if they are not enrolled in the USAA Medical Program, can participate and earn rewards in BeWell@USAA. Spouses and domestic partners enrolled in the USAA Medical Program can also participate and earn gift cards.

What are key dates for BeWell@USAA?
BeWell@USAA Key Dates (September 2, 2025 – August 31, 2026)
- July 31, 2025 – Last day for biometric screenings, preventative or dental visit dates to count for the 2024-2025 program year.
- August 29, 2025 – Last day to complete challenges for BeWell@USAA program year 1.
- September 2, 2025 – BeWell@USAA program year 2 launches.
- September 30, 2025 – Last day to order your program year 1 Charlie Level reward.
- July 31, 2026 – Last day to complete your preventative healthcare visit, routine dental cleaning, or biometric health screening for the 2025-2026 program year.
- August 31, 2026 – Last day to complete challenges for BeWell@USAA program year 2.

Will we still be able to earn premium discounts?
Yes. To earn premium discounts, you will complete the following activities between September 2, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
Charlie Level
- Complete the six Health Risk Assessment questionnaires on Well
Bravo Level: Up to $560 (depending on medical coverage tier)
- Complete Charlie Level
- Complete twelve (12) BeWell@USAA challenges
Alpha Level: Up to $1,400 (depending on medical coverage tier)
- Complete all Bravo Level requirements
- Complete a preventative healthcare visit, routine dental cleaning, or biometric health screening
- Complete twelve (12) additional BeWell@USAA challenges for a total of 24.

How will I be able to earn gift card rewards?
With Well you will earn points for completing activities and challenges.
Points are redeemable for gift cards to many popular brands, such as Amazon, Walmart, and CVS, among many others.
*Note: Imputed income will be applied to your paycheck after you or your medically enrolled spouse/domestic partner exchange points for a gift card.

What is a “Well Guide” and how can they assist me?
Well Guides are live representatives from Well that can answer questions about navigating your healthcare, USAA benefits, and much more.
Well Guides can:
- Help you set and reach goals.
- Answer health questions.
- Explain medical bills.
- Find doctors in network.
- Help explain the USAA benefits available to you.
