“Better Health Journey” Challenge

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SPONSOR:  Well Dot Inc., 1254 Chestnut St, Suite 304. Newton, MA 02464.

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of any Monthly Offer period;  (ii) a registered member of the Well application, and (iii) receive an email with the subject line “Your Better Health Journey Challenge Starts Now.”

OFFER PERIOD:  The “Better Health Journey” Offer (the “Offer”) is available for six sequential months, wherein each month operates as a distinct Offer that is time bound (each, a “Monthly Offer”) as follows: (1) beginning 9:00 a.m. ET April 1, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET April 30, 2024; (2) beginning 9:00 a.m. ET May 1, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET May 31, 2024; (3) beginning 9:00 a.m. ET Junel 1, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET June 30, 2024; (4) beginning 9:00 a.m. ET July 1, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET July 31, 2024; (5) beginning 9:00 a.m. ET August 1, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET August 31, 2024; and (6) beginning 9:00 a.m. ET September 1, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. ET September 30, 2024.

OFFER REDEMPTION: Sponsor will award 1,000  points to every Eligible User who meets the participation requirements during each Monthly Offer. Maximum one redemption per Eligible User per Monthly Offer period. 

TO PARTICIPATE: Complete 30 Journey actions during a Monthly Offer period, and record your weight and weight circumference using the “Care to Weigh In” action in the Well app. 

RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By participating in the Offer, participants agree to accept and abide by these Terms & Conditions and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct or administration of this Offer or the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.  By participating in this Offer, participants further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Offer, administration of the Offer, or errors relating to the announcement of eligibility or qualification for the Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions.
