Bank of America 1 2026 U.S. Wellness Activities Rules

ELIGIBILITY: The 2026 U.S. Wellness Activities window is open to Bank of America employees (“Eligible Employee”) and their eligible spouse, partner or other adult dependent (“Eligible Dependent”) who are enrolled in a wellness-eligible medical plan sponsored by Bank of America and administered by Anthem, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, or Kaiser 2. Eligible Employees and their Eligible Dependents are referred to herein as “you” or “your”.

AVAILABILITY PERIOD: If you are enrolled in a wellness-eligible medical plan through Annual Benefits Enrollment with coverage beginning January 1, 2026 (if your coverage is ongoing from the previous year), your 2026 U.S. Wellness Activities window begins at 8:00 am October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 pm on February 28, 2026.  If you are newly eligible and enroll in medical coverage effective on or after January 1, 2026, you can start the 2026 U.S. Wellness Activities on the day your medical coverage takes effect, and you generally have two months after your medical coverage takes effect to complete the wellness activities.  To find your wellness activity deadline, navigate to 2026 Wellness Programs section on the Home page to see the number of days remaining on the Health Assessment and Screening and Annual Physical with PCP activity cards.   

REDEMPTION: To keep a wellness credit of up to $500 (or up to $1,000 if an eligible dependent participates, too) toward your annual medical plan premium, you must complete and submit all three 2026 U.S. Wellness Activities on Well.co by your deadline.  This wellness credit is comprised of:

  • $250 (for Eligible Employee and Eligible Dependent) if you complete the health risk assessment and health screening activities by your deadline; and 
  • $250* (for Eligible Employee and Eligible Dependent) if you attest to having a primary care provider (PCP) and having had an annual physical with a PCP in the past 12 months activity by your deadline. 

*Note:  While you can complete the 2026 U.S. Wellness Activities in any order, to keep  the $250 credit for attesting to having a primary care provider (PCP) and having had an annual physical with your PCP in the past 12 months, you must also complete and submit the health risk assessment and health screening by your deadline.

TO PARTICIPATE:

1. You must first create an account with Well.

On mobile: Download the “Well Digital” app from the App Store or Google Play.
For account activation:

  • Active employees:  Select ‘Join Well’, then enter your Bank of America email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number.
  • Non-active employees:   Select ‘Join Well’, then enter your preferred personal email, date of birth, and mobile phone number.  
  • Dependents:  Select ‘Join Well’, then enter the email from which the invitation was received, date of birth, and mobile phone number.  

On the web: Visit https://mywellnessbofa.com  and select Join Well.

  • Active employees:  Use single-sign on with your employer and enter your Bank of America email address and mobile phone number.  
  • Non-active employees:  Select ‘Join Well’ and enter your preferred personal email, date of birth, and mobile phone number.  
  • Dependents:  Select ’Join Well’, then enter the email from which the invitation was received, date of birth, and mobile phone number.

2. To complete and submit the health risk assessment and health screening activities: (1) complete your health risk assessment on your Well account; and (2) complete your health screening using one of the available options described in your account.

3. To complete and submit your PCP and annual physical attestation activity, complete your attestation on your Well account.
